Ju-on: The Grudge 2002: Review

I like to think of myself as a girl who can handle a lot when it comes to horror, though I've developed a preference for the more psychotic kind...the kind that makes you hug and doesn't let go...

I thought The Ring (the original) was indescribably creepy, especially since I watched it alone, in the dark, in a deserted house, and on video, these factors definitely added to my fear level...that The ending of the movie was truly jarring and I found myself clutching the blankets and holding on for dear life as what happened in that movie happened when it happened.

Thought this was the scariest movie ever! Nothing can top that, right? Well, I couldn't be more wrong...

How unprepared I was for when I popped Ju-on (original version again) into the DVD player...

Oh my freak god, I was so scared of the eerie atmosphere throughout the movie...

And how's the sound...

When the end came, I was so scared that I could barely breathe, I had fingernail marks on the palms of my hands, and I couldn't speak or move...

I was so scared after the movie that I was too scared to go to the loo...

I checked my closet, and my blanket, several times, and this went on for months... even nightmares... and was completely scared of the dark again... like when I was a kid or Maybe even more...

I've seen a lot, but this is definitely the scariest, and I don't think I'll ever want to watch it again...
