Trainwreck (2015) Story

Despite having a love/hate relationship with her bully of a father, Gordon Townsend, Amy Townsend has grown up believing the one thing that monogamy is not realistic, due to her and Amy's mother's infidelity when Amy was young. Was broken. As such, she often gets drunk and stoned in the pursuit of indiscriminate sex, with an unshakable rule that there is no sleep after the sex is over. Her current "boyfriend", Steven, believes they are exclusive, not knowing that she sleeps with other men. Working at the sensationalist magazine S'nuff under leading lady Diana, Amy is in line for a promotion she's sure to get if her next story meets Diana's scrutiny. This story is a profile of Dr. Aaron Connors, sports physician to the stars, despite Amy knowing nothing about sports. To Amy's astonishment, Aaron wants to date her after their first sexual encounter, in terms of quantity her sexual history is a stark contrast to his own. To his astonishment, she wants to date him, the whole ritual of being a person in another person's life being a foreign concept to her. The road to a happy ending is not guaranteed for the two as their very different sexual histories and very different outlooks on sex life can make them incompatible despite really liking each other as people. Making sure her man Aaron is happy and doesn't get hurt in the process is someone who takes Aaron's personal life more to heart than he does.
